Founded by a trial lawyer who spent years in the courtroom and the classroom, PowerHouse grew out of a desire to create a space where conflict didn’t have to be adversarial, impersonal, or inefficient. What started as one neutral handling a handful of mediations quickly evolved into a collaborative network of professionals — each bringing their own legal expertise, lived experience, and calm command of chaos.
Over time, our work expanded — not just in volume, but in vision. We added former judges, career litigators, family law professionals, and specially trained neutrals. We built out divisions to serve the unique needs of trial lawyers, families, businesses, and courts. And we launched a training arm to help shape the next generation of neutrals through PEG | A PowerHouse Company.
