During his remarkable career, Irving Younger captivated tens of thousands of lawyers, judges, law students, and members of the public with his compelling presentations on trial practice and advocacy. Practitioner and Professor

After completing his undergraduate studies at Harvard, Younger earned his law degree from New York University School of Law. He went on to serve as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York and as a judge on the Civil Court of the City of New York. In private practice, he worked with several prestigious law firms, including the nationally recognized firm of Williams & Connolly in Washington, D.C.
In addition to his distinguished legal practice, Younger was a gifted teacher. He served as a professor of law at both New York University School of Law and the University of Minnesota Law School, where he inspired generations of future lawyers.

Author and Lecturer

A prolific writer and speaker, Younger authored numerous articles for leading legal and general publications.
