Hon. M. Jacqueline Regis (ret.)

“After years on the bench, I’ve seen firsthand that litigation often leaves both sides dissatisfied, drained, and financially burdened. Dispute resolution, on the other hand, offers a more efficient, collaborative approach to conflict. It empowers parties to take control of their outcomes, fosters constructive dialogue, and, most importantly, preserves relationships. In my experience, it’s an invaluable tool for achieving fair and lasting resolutions without the costs and delays of court battles.” –  Hon. M. Jacqueline Regis (ret.) | PowerHouse
