Biography

With over a decade of experience in electronic evidence and information security, Sean Lanterman specializes in complex civil litigation, computer forensics, AI, and discovery matters. As a Minnesota Rule 114 Qualified Neutral, he effectively transitions into a neutral role, utilizing his extensive background to serve clients as a trusted advisor and professional mediator.

Sean excels at identifying actionable insights from digital sources across diverse scenarios, and he is known for his ability to present complex technical findings in a clear and concise manner. He skillfully guides individuals through intricate processes and challenging issues or as a special master.

An accomplished speaker, Sean has addressed topics such as smartphone evidence, collaboration with experts, and cyber incidents, and he has shared his insights with both national and local news outlets. He earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota and continued his legal education at the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
