Kristi Paulson is the founder of PowerHouse Education and PowerHouse Mediation. An attorney, mediator, author, and national speaker, Kristi has devoted much of her career to advancing professionalism, ethical decision-making, and excellence within the legal profession. She served two terms as an appointee to the Minnesota Supreme Court ADR Ethics Board and previously served as Vice Chair of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board, where she helped address issues affecting lawyers and the practice of law.
